Weigh In - Down 9.4 lbs total (-1.5 from yesterday)
I'm not getting too excited about this weigh-in in light of yesterday being such a weird day where I barely ate all day BUT hard to not be excited about approaching the 10 pound mark. This is a cool number to approach. It's currently 7:51am and I am going to try really hard to have a good day and see if tomorrow or Thursday I can hit that 10 lb mark. Will keep you posted!
Breakfast - Dark Chocolate and peanut butter protein bar
Snacking - I think I had a rice krispie treat
Lunch - Finally had my leftover buffalo chicken over white rice. It was glorious!
Snacking - 6 whole wheat crackers with peanut butter
Dinner - Leftovers - I had the leftover pizza. I didn't eat all of it. just 2 of the 3 small pieces. THe 3rd was soggy. EEEWWWW!
Snacking - Frozen Lemonade Ice
So today was a save money day. We have so many leftovers in the house right now that I just had to try to get through them! Basically, today's meals cost me about $1.00, and that was for the breakfast bar. That makes me very happy! Most importantly is to eat well, but additionally, we need to try to save some money by not eating out all the time, which had become a bad habit.
Also had a fun little moment today. I have sworn off of Dunkin Donuts and I'm sticking to it, I really am. BUT on the way to work today, I stopped there. I didn't eat. I just stopped in to say hi to all my buddies. As I walked in, I had to proclaim "I'M NOT EATING!" because usually as soon as they see me, the one lady grabs the donut and the other one starts making my donut. Just stopped by to say hello and let them know I'm doing well. And then gave the Red Bull guy a fist bump. He usually calls me "Red Bull" and sings "RED BUULLLL" to me when I come in. I told him I haven't had a Red Bull in over 3 weeks and he said he will have to change my name! :-) I left without any more than I came in with.
Now tomorrow is 7-11. Free small slurpee day . .. . . . Not going to lie - I'm likely going to treat myself. I deserve it.
