Day 22 - Back to School . . . . .

Weigh-In - Down 7.9 lbs total (-0.7 from yesterday)

Breakfast - Nature Valley Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter Protein bar and Trop 50 OJ . Needed something quick because I was running late leaving for work (there's a shocker!)

Snacking - Rice Krispie Treat

Lunch - Leftover Buffalo Chicken over white rice.  And YES!  I remembered to bring my leftovers to work.  That is my biggest problem - forgetting to bring the leftovers.  1 for 1!

OK, THIS LUNCH WRITE-UP - IT'S A FAKEOUT.  I WROTE THIS IN THE MORNING AS I WAS LEAVING.  MY LUNCH WAS SITTING IN A BAG NEXT TO ME.  I WALKED OUTSIDE WITH THE BAG.  I REALIZED THAT I FORGOT MY SCHOOL COMPUTER AND WENT BACK INSIDE FOR IT.  I THEN PACKED UP MY COMPUTER AND PUT THE BAG DOWN.  I WAS ON THE PARKWAY BEFORE I REALIZED THAT I LEFT THE BAG ON THE DINING ROOM TABLE.   SOOOOOOOO MAD!  I WAS LITERALLY OUT THE DOOR REMEMBERING MY LUNCH AND I STILL MANAGED TO FORGET IT AT HOME!  HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN!

Lunch - ok, let's try this again. I didn't eat lunch.  Things got crazy at work and I ended up missing lunch.

Snacking - when I got home at 3:30, I had to eat something!  I had 10 crackers with peanut butter.  This is a glorious new snack.

Dinner - On my hungry drive home from work, I made a decision to cook an anger dinner.  PIZZA!  But i wanted to experiment with a few types of pizzas I have not tried to make yet.  I made 3 styles:

  • Mac & Cheese Pizza
  • Cavatappi Vodka Pizza
  • Buffalo CHicken Pizza.
I nailed all 3 of them!  The buffalo chicken was a little bit soggy in the middle, but I think I figured out my problem with that one so I'll fix it next time.  Check these masterpieces out:


I basically had 1/3 of each of these 3 pizza.  Kristyn had a piece of each and we left lots of leftovers.  This was a lot of pizza!  It was awesome!!!!!   I'm getting pretty good at making these specialty pizzas.  You are all going to want to try these someday.  I need another pizza stone or 2 though, before I can do pizzas for a large amount of people.  

Snacking - I don't think I had any snacks after the pizza.  Kinda felt pretty full after dinner and ended up falling asleep kind of early on the couch.

Lesson of the day:  STOP FORGETTING YOUR FREAKING LUNCH!!!!!!!!!!
