Day 15 - Start of week 3.

Total Weight Loss - down 7 pounds (-0.3 from yesterday)

So here we are - the beginning of week 3.  I'll say that this I need to do great.  It's the last of 3 straight weeks of being home all the time and not having any work commitments.  Next week, I go back to Cresskill which means I have to avoid Dunkin on the way in to work and I also need to prepare and eat breakfast at home as well as bring leftovers for lunch consistently.  This week is big.  I really want to get to the 10 pound mark before July 9, the first day of Summer Music.  I'll feel really good about that.  Wish me luck!

Breakfast: Cheerios and 2% milk with half a glass of Trop 50 OJ.

Lunch: Leftover Chicken Teriyaki - was visiting dad so I brought lunch for both of us.  Of course after we ran around doing all the chores he needed to do, it was 2pm before we ate!  I was starving and that chicken teriyaki tasted like heaven by then!



Snacking: - Granola bar just before dinner

Dinner:  Home made pizza!  Today I made a BBQ chicken pizza, plain, sausage, buffalo and buffalo sausage.  The BBQ Chicken pizza was SOOOOO GOOD!!!  Again, Probably ate a little more than I should have.  THis is the portion control I was talking about.  I'm good with portions of the real healthy food but struggle with the less than perfect foods.  I will not stop making the pizza. I just need to learn to eat less of it.



Snacking: Frozen Minute Maid Raspberry Lemonade Ice

Sorry for the boring post today.  I have a lot I have to get to today for work and just can't spend more time writing right now!  I'll try to make tomorrow's more interesting.
