Starting weight - 209
So today was strange. Had a gig in South Jersey, so I had a weird eating schedule.
Went to gym in the AM. Did Chest and Triceps +22 minutes treadmill and 200 abs.
Lunch: Grilled Chicken on wheat toast, cup of chili and baked potato with ketchup. (Happy Birthday, T-Mac!)
Drive to gig: 1 red bull
Dinner: 2 pieces of Chicken Francaise, a few veggies and some potatoes.
Late Night Snack - Granola Bar (90 cal) + italian ice (100 cal)
Pretty hungry today but really had no time to eat. Squeezed it in when I could.
What did I consciously cut out of diet today:
on way down to gig, did not get starbucks double chocolately chip frappucino
at gig i did not have a beer or drink
on way home, i REALLY wanted to stop at Sbarro's, but didn't.
