Starting weight - 207
GYM: YEAH, DIDN'T HAPPEN. haha
Breakfast: 7-11 - Red Bull, 1 donut, and a buffalo chicken taquito
Lunch: HOT GRILL! - Plain Burger, Hot dog with just sauce, fries with gravy.
OK . . . let me put in a disclaimer. I HAD to go there for something I'm trying to work out
with them. it was my 2nd time stopping in and the guy i needed to talk to was not around.
I had to eat something!
Dinner: BUFFET at Somer's gig. i only had one full plate though and 2 pieces of bread. No dessert :-)
Snack: JERSEY SHORE PREMIER PARTY - I actually had a bunch of beers and a few shots. I also ate somewhere between 8-12 mini pizza bagels. WOW they are so much better in the toaster oven than in the microwave!!!
What did I consciously cut out of diet today: '
I probably, believe it or not, would have eaten more chips/cake/etc at the party and usually would have gone up for 2nds and dessert at the gig. I also ALWAYS get a 2nd hot dog with sauce at hot grill, but stopped myself. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal, but i really had to stop myself.
