Had to get up and drive to WCU for Crites Reunion. This turned out to be a rough trip! ha
Breakfast:Smoothie (225, 3, 57)
Lunch: ROY ROGERS!!!! bad move - - - - - chicken fingers, fries, biscuit, soda
Snack: NONE
Dinner: Pulled Pork Sandwich, Chicken Sandwich
Snack: Brownie, 4 beers
What did I consciously cut out of diet today:
Had NO beer at the BBQ and probably would have eaten more food there too
DAY 7- Thursday July 15, 2010
Starting weight - UNKNOWN
Breakfast:Plain Bagel, 2 small cinnamon buns, apple juice
Lunch:COURTYARD!!!! Buffalo Chicken Steak, fries
Snack: NONE
Dinner: HOOTERS!! Buffalo shrimp appetizer, buffalo chicken sandwich, some fries
Snack: LANDMARK!! Buffalo Chicken Tenders, 1 beer
What did I consciously cut out of diet today:
foodwise, NOTHING. Does it really LOOK like i held back on food? BUT i only had 1 beer at night, so that was good!
1 week wrap-up:
1) It sucks to do GREAT for a whole week and then screw it up on the last day. (preview - on day 8, i start at 210 lbs!)
2) Its ridiculous how often everyone wants to go out and drink! and how funny they look at you when you drink water!
3) All things considered, I'm going pretty damn well considering its summer and i'm going on all of these trips!
