July 28 - Day 20

Starting weight - 207

GYM: I was dressed and ready to go, but had to wait for the TOW TRUCK, since my car broke down.

Breakfast: Dunkin Donuts Flatbread - Egg white and Turkey Sausage
Lunch: Salad bar and Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Rice (Charlie Browns)
Snack: none
Dinner: Chicken Kebob (1/3 of it) from 6 brothers and 4 sprites

What did I consciously cut out of diet today:
Went to the Cliff at night and REALLY wanted mozzarella Sticks, but i held back. It was pretty impressive actually :-) Also stuck to the water
