July 13 - Day 5

Starting weight - 205

R.I.P. George Steinbrenner. Thanks for all the great Yankee years, many of which i don't even remember, and for setting them up for success for years to come.

Gym: 400 abs + 30 minutes elliptical.

Breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white scrambled (140 cal, 10 fat, 0 carb)
Lunch: My awesome salad: lettuce, chick peas, cheese, bacon bits, seasoning, cucumber, red wine vinegar, croutons. (350 cal, 16 fat, 20 carb)
Snack: NONE
Dinner: Turkey Burger, 1 green pepper, broccoli. (Wow, healthy as hell!!)
Snack: 4 mini pizza bagels (200, 6, 29), 1 bite of the brownie
What did I consciously cut out of diet today:
well, nothing consciously. I just made an effort to eat the healthy foods that i bought yesterday :-) Who even knows what I would have eaten otherwise!!!
