July 27 - Day 19

Starting weight - 210 NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

Back on track after my epic fail. Here we go!

GYM: well the thought was there, but the body was not. oh well

Breakfast: Turkey sausage/egg white flatbread (dunkin donuts)
Lunch: Medium Sub roll with turkey, pepperoni and yellow america
Dinner: 3 slices of Bruno's Square w/meatballs

What did I consciously cut out of diet today:
Well, i normally would have had a taylor ham/egg on a bagel for breakfast, 2 slices of topping pizza for lunch and probably snacked on a 4th slice of bruno's late night. So i actually did pretty well today.
