J-Doc Monoblogs Start-Up

Hey everyone! So I've decided to start up my eating/exercising log to see
a) How many people really have nothing else to do but see what i am eating and
b) Try to keep myself honest!

I have been "dieting" for 12 weeks, kind of. I had lost as much as 18 lbs. I have been up and down a little in the past month, since summer started.

A little background:

The name J-DOC - coined by Julie Passaro Krygsman, as "Joe's Diet of Convenience." For instance, yesterday, it was convenient to eat 4 slices of pizza. Today, it was convenient to only eat twice, but they were pretty good meals! I pretty much eat what I want, when I want, but the idea is to make the choices better! This diet has also been know as the "Cucumber Diet" and has been described as "Just eat like a human and not an animal."

Overall goal: 50 pounds! I know it sounds like a lot, but most of you have not seen what I'm packin under the ol' shirt, so trust me, its all good. I'm not gonna be unhealthy or anything about it.

Ok, I'm out for now. I'm gonna try to put up my stuff every day. Feel free to comment, but please know that I already know exactly what i need to do, so I will probably not listen to your recommendations of what I SHOULD do. I know what i should do, it just requires great willpower.
