Starting weight - 205! Wahoo!!
woke up late, didn't make it to the gym. ARGH
Lunch: Subway 6 inch - (300 cal)
Snack: lots of lime tostitos and some cheezits, 1 corona lite
Dinner: Sausage/Peppers/Onions on long roll, corn on the cob, green beans. (Glorious meal made by my cousin Nicole)
Snack: 6 mini donuts (460 cal) 1 piece of cake (also made by Nicole), 1 corona lite
Snack: Large Brownie made by Julie. It has Reese's in it. OMG!
What did I consciously cut out of diet today:
ummmm, nothing really, although i probably would have had 2-3 more beers at the bbq if i was not watching myself.
OK, so today, dessert was the DEVIL! but i guess its ok. I love dessert! Had a great time down at nicole and Dennis' house in Manchester. Good food, good hang, good pool, and their kids are awesome. Should have laid off the desserts though a little bit :-D
