Starting weight - 206
Don't be fooled. 3 lbs in one day means only one thing. I did REALLY poorly the last couple days and I did fairly well yesterday. I need to get back to 203 before I can say I've made any progress since June 16.
Went to gym in the afternoon. Worked on Back. Played racquetball with Pedro for an hour fifteen, and did 200 abs.
Late Breakfast: 2 eggs + 1 egg white (157 cal)
Snack: Granola bar (90 cal)
Late Lunch: Ham Steak (150 cal), Tostitos - 1/2 serving (70 cal)
Dinner: Subway 6 inch - (300 cal)
Snack: Oh my, this is where things got bad!!! BBQ for Clifton Community Band . . . . had a TON of cheese and crackers and a TON of chips. Also a hot dog. not good!
What did I consciously cut out of diet today:
Late lunch with mom (most likely would have been 2-3 slices of pizza at Bruno's, with our track record!)
no beer or soda at bbq
no beer at Harp & Bard (the bartender is REALLY going to start to think I'm weird. 3 times there, 3 times nothing but water! at least i have left $22 in tips in those three nights, for tap water!)
**ok, must edit - - - - I actually had 1 shot of Jager before we left the bar**
