woke up late and went to gym to play racquetball for 1.5 hours
Snack: Cheez Doodles (150,8, 17)
Lunch: Pizza Bagels (200, 6, 29)
Snack: 100 cal pack - oreo cakes (100, 4, 15)
Home workout: shoulders and 200 abs
Dinner: Brody is cooking for poker tourney! Sausage Peppers and onion and Wings!

What did I consciously cut out of diet today:
Once again, not drinking any beer at poker tournament. Will stick to Seltzer. Are you sensing a pattern??? :-)
