Starting weight - 210 NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
So i can eat great for a week, screw up on day, and weigh MORE than i started? wow. What a pain this is!
GYM: Chest and Triceps. 30 minutes elliptical
Breakfast:nothing - woke up late
Lunch: SALAD!!!! :-)
Snack: NONE
Dinner: Chili/tostitos at Madison's
Snack: some fries at the peddler
Had a fair amount of drinks at the peddler. We were there celebrating the life and times of Tom Vernaleken, the band director I took over 5 years ago after he passed. Some teachers, alumni and friends came out to hang. It was a good time and lots of great stories were shared.
What did I consciously cut out of diet today:
I probably did not eat nearly enough today, but i guess my body needed that after Thursday! Held off from dinner because I was not hungry, only had water with my chili, and spent a whole day in cresskill without getting pizza!
