september 6-7-8-9, days 60-61-62-63 - gafiltafish!

Hey everyone! I'm Back! Sorry, been a few days since I have checked in. I'll try to remember whatever I can!

Today -
September 9, 2010
Starting weight - 198
Breakfast - I actually didn't have breakfast, got to sleep in!
Lunch - hamburger on lite bun with bbq sauce
100 calorie pack snack
Dinner: OOH, I love when Brody invites me over for the Jewish holidays! His mom cooks the best stuff! we had brisket and baked chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy. Started off with some bread and crackers, and chicken noodle soup.
I tried 2 new things today. 1) chopped liver. Not a fan, but I had 2 bites on a cracker and lived. 2) Gafiltafish. (however you spell that) yeah, had a tiny bite on a half a cracker. needed 2 1/2 crackers and a piece of bread just to swallow it. Never again! :-) everything else was GREAT!

Starting weight - 200
this was a weird day, I really didn't have much time to eat, so it was a 100 calorie pack fiesta!
Throughout the day, I had 5-6 of them. one for a breakfast snack, one with lunch, 2 for snacks between lunch and dinner, one "for dinner" as i was running, and one after band. They were spread out, not the healthiest thing in the world, but good portion control at least.
On top of that, I had
Breakfast - 1 bowl of cheerios with skim milk
Lunch: can of progresso hearty vegetable soup
After Band - buffalo chicken taquito and slurpee

Breakfast - cheerios w/skim milk
snack - 100 cal pack
Lunch - turkey noodle progresso soup
snack - 1 or 2 100 cal packs
dinner - spicy sausage on lite bun
Today was my first rehearsal with the FUN BUNCH as an official member. Had a great time. Great musicians, fun music, and a really enjoyable bone section to sit in.
Afterwards, I met up with Scott for an hour of racquetball. I actually won this time, but he was just coming off a long workout, so I had a little of a break!

Labor Day - gotta try to do better today!
breakfast - don't remember, but it was small.
Lunch - Spicy sausage on lite bun
Gym - Back and Bis - 18 sets, 200 abs, 10 laps in the pool
Dinner - eek, made the dip for me and Julie. Had 2/3 of a bag of tostitos and a bunch of the pizza dip. It was amazing, and it was all I ate for dinner. Really filled me up too!
