september 28, day 81

dragging today - - - need to get more OJ and bananas, yadda yadda yadda,

Starting weight - 196

Breakfast - bagel with butter. I had no choice. I was gonna just wait for lunch but i was hurting and needed something.

lunch - peanut butter sandwich and 1 chicken finger
snack - granola bar and 100 calorie fun fruits :-) (Super mario shapes)
Dinner - Quiznos- turkey chipotle flatbread (tasty, and small) with chicken noodle soup and baked lays. Water to drink.

Its Back to school night, another late one in Cresskill!!! Wish me luck.

Snack - bowl of wildrice chicken soup, 1 piece of fried shrimp, lots of waters at the bar :-)
Snack - 3/4 of a chicken finger and more water, at another bar
