Starting weight - 199
SLEPT IN TODAY, so i weighed myself a little late, but it is when i woke up! :-)
Breakfast/Lunch - 1 bowl of cheerios in skim milk,
5 small turkey meatballs with marinara on whole wheat bun
GYM: - Did shoulders (12 sets) and Legs (19 sets) as well as 400 abs. Went with Brody and did some new exercises. Good stuff.
Snack - Mixed fruit/banana/OJ smoothie
Dinner/Snacks/Late night: Went to Jill's partay tonight in NY State. had a lot of beers and 2 shots. It was bud Select 55, though, which is better, since its only 55 calories each. Also, they grilled, so I opted for the turkey burger and the turkey dog, on the "healthy" rolls. Although, Turkey dogs are nasty, so I'm done with that! hahahaha
I overate on the crackers and buffalo chicken dip, as well as doritos and cheeseballs, but i guess overall, i didn't do THAT bad.
oh, i ate 3 cookies
