TODAY, Is a very intriguing day! I have reached the 1/2 way point. In my quest to drop (and keep off) 50 pounds, this morning, I woke up half way there. Since April 27, I have lost 25 pounds.
Starting Weight: 196
Breakfast - coffee cake and red bull. WHat a way to maintain weight! haha. I was late to work, had to grab something QUICK and was exhausted
Snack - 100 calorie pack sandies
Lunch - progresso soup - something with beef and 1 chicken finger
snack - 100 calorie pack oreos cakesters
Dinner - 1 slice of sausage pizza
Late night - Monday NIght Football, WEEK 1!!!! Not a good night for J-DOC though
20 wings and 3 beers. I guess I have done worse in my life at wing night, but eh ... . . gonna jump up a few pounds today probably. Its ok though.
