Starting weight - 199
Breakfast - 1 bowl of cheerios with skim milk
Snack - Peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bun
Lunch - ham sandwich on whole wheat bun
Snack - 100 calorie pack
Dinner - went a little overboard. Was the first teacher happy hour. That being said, i did better than i USUALLY would have in this situation.
We were at Tommy Foxes in Bergenfield. I needed dinner, but didn't want to spend a lot. I got the Buffalo Chicken Fingers. There were 4 of them, it was good enough. Then as soon as it arrived, i found out that they were having the free buffet bbq outside! This is when it got crazy. BUT I was pretty good. All i had was a small BBQ chicken kebob, a tiny piece of bbq chicken, a hamburger and a corn on the cob. Also had 5 beers.
I ended up coming home and passing out for a nap, only to wake up at 6am, to my SCHOOL ALARM, very confused and not sure what day it was (Saturday!)
After I almost got up and started to shower for work, i realized that it was Saturday, responded to all my Saturday night texts, and forced back to sleep. Funny cuz I told my friends at happy hour how sometimes that happened, and BANG, it happened! ARGH. Sucks, i was supposed to go out with Oppy . . . . . . BOOOOOO!
