september 10, day 63

So today, i broke many of my own rules, but still managed to lose weight! :-) Here's my story:

Starting weight - 200

breakfast - Rule Break #1 - 711 (did not eat or prepare food at home) i had 2 donuts and a slurpee. Not good. But its early, so I can live with it.

Lunch - Rule Break #2 - Cresskill Pizza - 1 slice of Buffalo Chicken pizza, 1 slice of Chicken with Vodka sauce pizza (first time I have had 2 slices of pizza since I started blogging (I think . . . . maybe 2nd)

snack - 100 calorie pack at some point

Dinner - went to 711, my throat hurt, so I got a crystal lite slurpee and 1 chicken finger

Snack - 3 musketeers bar (was hoping to get real food, but they had nothing) and a gatorade.

After game - stopped at 711 for a 3rd time - - - - got a gatorade and a buffalo chicken taquito.

And that is the story of how i broke many rules and ended up losing 1 lb, since the next day, i was 199 :-)
