Breakfast - woke up and came home. Took a wrong turn, so I bought Brody Starbucks to make up for it. I had the grande double chocolatey chip blended creme, skim milk no whipped. Say THAT 5 times fast! I also then had a reduced fat cinnamon swirl cake. It was glorious!
For lunch, hmmmm, did I eat lunch? I think maybe I Just had 2 100 calorie packs waiting for my bbq to start
Dinner/Snacks/etc: Well, i ate a lot, but it was progressive throughout the day. First off I drank diet soda all day, so I was a good boy there! As far as food, Here's what i ended up having:
- Pizza dip with tostito scoops
- brody's concoction of potatoes with hot sauce, bbq sauce and other stuff (glorious)
- corn on the cob
- 1 hamburger, plain - lite bun
- 1 hot dog, plain - lite bun
- 1 chicken drumstick
- more pizza dip :-)
I gotta put out my thanks and props to Tricia Fitz for the pizza dip recipe. i want to make it again, RIGHT NOW! ;-)
yeah, also had 3 twice baked potato skins made by Janel :-)
