ok, i was not really great so far today . . . . . . .
Breakfast - 1 bowl of cheerios with skim milk
snack - the cooking class was making sandwiches, and they brought me taylor ham with eggs on toast. I had to eat it! :-)
lunch - 1 lean pocket and 100 calorie fun fruits
snack - well, the cooking class made lasagna, and each table asked me to sample ;-)
snack - ok, i am a bad boy today - grande double chocolatey chip blended creme, skim milk, no whipped creme from starbucks and a reduced fat cinnamon swirl cake.
