september 14, day 67

Starting weight - 198

ok, so I sleep both Fri and Sat nights cuz I'm exhausted, and then I go out Sunday and Monday nights. Figure that one out! I need to reverse this!
Regardless, sleeping later means less time to prep food and not enough food in the house, SO

Breakfast - red bull and bagel with butter
Lunch - 3 chicken fingers
