WELL, i woke up really late today (although its the earliest I've gotten up in 2 months!) which is why i must start with:
STARTING WEIGHT - UNKNOWN.
Wanted to be at school to practice by 7am, then we had 8am gathering for first day of work. I woke up at 7:40. OOPS. I set the time for my alarm but never turned the alarm on!!! Regardless, I was up and out of the house in like 5 minutes, which leads me to:
BREAKFAST - bagel with butter. (Sorry, I know, but i had no choice really)
So I also had no time to make lunch, so i grabbed some leftovers, but it was the first day of work. Did you REALLY think I was gonna eat by myself? Which leads me t0:
LUNCH - 1 slice of BBQ chicken pizza topped with Buffalo Sauce. (still sticking to my 1 slice rule)
Throughout the day, i need to snack, so i have a bag of 100 calorie packs to hold me over. I had one. Don't remember which one.
I ended up doing paperwork and setting up at work til after 8pm. Still hadn't eaten dinner, but wanted to get it in before 9. I realized that i had brought those leftovers from the Olive Garden, which brings me to:
DINNER - 1 serving of the penne with 5 cheese marinara and sausage/chicken. I was a little weak and snacked on a TINY donut and 1/3 of a piece of crumb cake.
I came home and was motivated to go to the gym. Why was I so motivated? I swear, probably 8-10 people today told me how it looked like I had lost a considerable amount of weight over the summer. It was very motivating, since I was not sure if it was even really noticeable at this point. SO, instead of going to Applebees with everyone else, I went to the gym and did my
CHEST/TRICEPS workout. 19 sets worth. then 350 abs.
Overall, it was a good day. Got a lot done, got to the gym, didn't eat the BEST foods, but certainly didn't overeat.
