September 2 - day 56

Starting Weight - 201

OK . . . . . woke up on time today! WAHOO! 6am, rise and shine! First day of school time!

Breakfast - 1 bowl of cheerios with skim milk
lunch - my chef Salad - which is my regular salad (lettuce, cucumber, chick peas, cheddar shredded cheese, bacon bits, another weird topping, croutons) and add to it some turkey and ham cold cuts. 2 slices of each. DELIGHTFUL. :-)

snack - 100 calorie pringles
snack - 100 calorie toast-cheez

Dinner - medium slurpee, 1 taquito and 1 chicken finger.

Snack - Overdid it a little bit with the chocolate cookies & Cream ice cream, but overall, a decent day. Haven't decided if I'm going to the gym tonight or not. Its currently 8:30. I'm watching football. I have lots of school work to do. AND I'm sitting in the air conditioning . . . . . . . . .

Ok, I went to the gym with Scott and played some intense racquetball! he won 3 of the 4 games, but it was pretty awesome exercise.

Then went to NYC at 11:30 to hang with Pete and some friends. Went to the karaoke bar (3 beers) and then to a huka bar (however you spell that) Got home at 3:30, to take a nap and go to work :-)

Drank a whole gallon today of the water . Trying to get back on that kick.
