Starting weight - 212.1
another not great dinner and another day of maintaining. It would be awesome if i could stop SUCKING at this and actually LOSE weight. One month in and i have lost 4 lbs (of course its 7 lbs if you consider that i actually GAINED the first week and a half cuz of the holidays.
Breakfast - Southwest Egg White Flatbread
Snack - 100 calorie brownies
Lunch - lean cuisine - was good! and a 100 calorie skinny cow ice cream sandwich :-)
