Starting weight - 211.5
Gotta keep it coming! I know that every week won't be quite as much of a weight loss, but I don't mind the initial start here! :-)
Breakfast - Cheerios in 2% milk and orange juice.
Lunch - cold cut sandwich and some extra cold cuts. Had to finish up, end of week. Would go bad over the weekend.
Dinner - ravioli and 4 tiny turkey meatballs. Apple juice.
I broke and had some ice cream. moose tracks. Not terrible amount, but more than i should have. eh, its ok.
SO HARD NOT TO EAT ALL THE CANDY!
