Day 20, January 7, 2012

Starting weight - 212.1

Breakfast - homemade breakfast sandwich: 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 slices of taylor ham and 2 slices of wheat toast. Has to be SOOOO much healthier than getting it at a store :-)

Well, i didn't really eat the rest of the day until i got to Tim and Janel's. I failed at my first house party with lots of food. Had about 8 medium sized meatballs, a whole bunch of her pepperoni and salami stromboli and a buttload of shrimp. 1 cupcake for dessert and 5 beers.

EEK. Having a football party tomorrow. Hope i don't suck again!
