day 16, January 3, 2012

Starting weight - 215.6

Breakfast - 2 chocolate chip waffles with syrup. (again, i know not the healthiest in the world, but it was small and better than 2 krispy kreme donuts and a slurpee or red bull!) and also had 2 small pieces of turkey sausage

Lunch - yesterday's leftovers! 3/4 of a baked potato, 1 piece of breaded/baked chicken. This time had a little hot sauce and a little ketchup. Also had some green grapes

snack - 100 calorie pack
Snack - 2 clementines

Dinner - cold cut sandwich on wheat - for all purposes, "cold cut sandwich" means the following:
  • Low sodium turkey breast
  • yellow american
  • pepperoni
  • 2 slices of wheat bread

Got community band tonight, so just gotta stay away from going out after and i will be fine!

came home after CCB, weighed in and am less now than i was when i woke up. Thats a GOOD DAY. So i celebrate with a Reese's big cup. Got 4 for christmas, so i need to save them for a night where i did really well!

Finished 1/2 gallon of water today. Thats 1 gallon in 2 days. Need to double that, but a decent start. Hard to get back on that habit. SEE YOU TOMORROW. Time to watch HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER.
