Starting weight - 213.2

Breakfast - hmmm, i can't actually remember. oh wait, i do! :-) It was my first breakfast sandwich of the "year." taylor ham, scrambled egg, toasted whole wheat bagel

snack - i probably had a 100 calorie pack coffee cake

Lunch - lean cuisine peanut chicken. pretty good for a lean cuisine :-)

Snack - worlds finest chocolate bar + 100 calorie pack at some point

dinner - BOSTON MARKET! Chicken sandwich on wheat bread with corn and a side of mac and cheese. Sprite. (I know, i just HATE diet from a fountain)

not a great day in terms of choices but definitely didn't OVEREAT, so thats a plus.
