Starting weight - 212.1
Breakfast - Turkey Sausage and egg white flatbread from Dunkin. It was a good one! and a seltzer
Lunch - Whole wheat pasta leftovers with vodka sauce with wheat thins and a bottle of water
snack - 1 lindt chocolate - the red wrapper one
Dinner - i was a bad man. 3 slices of pizza and a breadstick with Root Beer.
Snack - FOUR Ferrero Rocher and some low calorie gatorade.
I can't seem to make it through all 3 meals lately . . . . . . . . . i'm definitely a stress eater and need to fix that. . . . . . .
