Starting weight - 213.2
late dinner probably did it, no big deal. 1/2 pound is not bad as long as i don't do it again today!
Breakfast - Cheerios in 2% milk with orange juice.
Lunch - my Chef Salad!!! + 1 serving of reduced fat wheat thins
Snack - 100 calorie coffee cakes. SOOO GOOD!!!
Snack #2 - apple
Dinner - Well, i ran out of time for dinner, so during jazz band, i gave a 3 minute break and had a "low carb" version of my cold cut sandwich. All that means is that i ate the deli meat slice by slice with no bread! :-) Also had a 100 calorie skinny cow ice cream sandwich.
That should be it for tonight. Long day. About to leave work (9:15pm). started with middle school jazz band's first EVER rehearsal at Cresskill, followed by a day of classes, pit orchestra after school and then HS jazz band at night. Thursdays are rough, BUT its all good. Tomorrow i'm out at 3:20. BAM!
Is Grey's new tonight? I hope so . .. I know, I know, but i think its a great show.
ok - - - - - - so i got home and had a Jack and Coke and 2 Hairy Navels. how in hell did i mix those too? Well, i ran out of jack, and the only other mixer I had was orange juice (which, by the way, is a better mixer option than coke anyway. (usually have diet coke with that, but none in the house!)
