Breakfast - 1.5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 slice taylor ham, 2 pieces of wheat toast with I can't believe its not Butter. Orange Juice
Lunch - My own home made chef salad!!! This salad, until further notice, will always include:
- Lettuce
- Chick peas
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Sunflower seeds
- Low Sodium Turkey
- Low Sodium Ham
- Cucumber
- Red Wine Vinegar
Snack - 100 calorie pack
Before dinner snack - i was not gonna eat until like 930pm, so i needed a snack! Mom had weight watchers cookies and creme frozen bars. SO GOOD and only 100 calories i think!
Dinner - another home-made delight from Kristyn Martin! She made breaded chicken with ham and mozzarella cheese wrapped in it. (added hot sauce) also had rice (added teriyaki sauce) and green beans. Apple juice to drink. Kinda full. Have NO IDEA how many calories were in that dinner, but ya know what, it was much better than other alternatives AND if i got that at a restaurant, it would have been much more expensive and much less healthy!!! I think it was a good meal of medium-high health content :-)
