Day 15, January 2, 2012

Starting weight - 219

ok, I know this is an inflated number because there is nO WAY that i gained 5 lbs over new years. Regardless, it is now POST-HOLIDAY completely. I went shopping. I saved money over the break, and I'm ready to rock and roll.

I now expect everyone to get on my case if you are with me and i make bad choices.

Breakfast - 1.5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 piece of wheat toast with "I can't believe its not butter" on it, 2 small turkey sausages, apple juice.

Cup of mint tea

Lunch - low sodium turkey, pepperoni, yellow american on wheat bread, Water

Snack - 100 calorie skinny cow ice cream sandwich, 100 calorie fudge brownie pack

Dinner - so here is a major perk of living with my GF at the moment - - - - came home and she was making dinner!!! Baked chicken breast with bread crumbs, baked potato and mixed veggies. Had this with a little "I can't believe its not butter" and a little hot sauce for flavor.

Snack - no need, dinner was at 8ish and was very filling!

Total of 1/2 gallon of water today.

Wahoo! An entire good day! I can't believe it!+
