August 8 - day 31

Starting Weight: 208 (See what one great day can do after a horrible week? hahaha)

GYM: 10 minute elliptical warmup
300 abs,
Shoulders - 12 sets

Breakfast: 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg - Scrambled
Lunch: Homemade Smoothie - OJ, Strawberries, 2/3 banana
Snack - 100 calorie pack - Ritz bits w/cheese
Dinner - My Salad! This includes: Lettuce, Cheddar Cheese, Chick Peas, Cucumbers, Bacon
Bits, Croutons, Red Wine Vinegar. GLORIOUS
Snack: Burger King - DON'T YOU GET ON ME YET UNTIL YOU READ WHAT I HAD:
Grilled Chicken Sandwich and a bottle of water.

Let me tell you that I had to get that sandwich. When I change my eating drastically, its like a smoker getting off cigarettes or similar to that. I get headaches and stuff the first day or two. I realized that i really didn't actually eat anything of real substance today, and BK was the only place within walking distance to the DCI show that Brody and I were seeing. Therefore, be VERY impressed with my choice of food for the night!
