Breakfast - granola bar
Lunch - turkey, pepperoni, cheese on wheat roll
snack - 100 calorie pack
dinner - 1 Slice of pizza! (this was REALLY tough. it was our end of band camp pizza party and i usually eat about 5 slices at this. I limited to ONE and had no chips and no cookies!!!!! I am the man!)
Snack - medium slurpee and buffalo chicken taquito.
Night: 2 beers with Scott and 2 shots at the Harp (1 from my flask that Pete got me in Vegas that says "Vegas Pimp" . . . hehehe)
** Had a lot of slurpees this week because my voice is SHOT after band camp with no microphone. I took too long to send in my system for repair cuz I am an idiot. In return, i needed Slurpees to help me out in the throat tiredness**
Regardless, I'm doing well! hoping to get the fruits and veggies back in the diet starting tomorrow.
