August 10 - Day 33

Starting Weight - 205

Breakfast - cheerios with skim milk
Snack - 100 calorie pack - lorna doone - (100, 3, 16)
Lunch - Peanut Butter sandwich on light wheat roll
Snack - Granola Bar, Cucumber
Dinner - Salad!
Snack - Mac & Cheese homemade by my sister. She failed at her job, and kept watching me eat MORE and MORE of it. but it was not tooooooo much.

LAter in the evening, after our band rehearsal, my sister offered everyone a Klondike bar. I gave her a dirty look and accepted only a can of lemon-lime flavored seltzer. I proceeded to kill the time while everyone else was digging into their delightful dessert by looking at a freaking photo album. This is what life has come to. Seltzer and scrapbooks. Its a good thing I was strong. All 3 of those jabronis were sinking their teeth into this chocolate and ice cream goodness of perfection and i have my least favorite flavored seltzer. Regardless, I am a strong man. :-)

No gym today, didn't have time
