August 27 - day 50

Starting weight - 198! I cracked 200, and quickly began the FAILURE that is today!

Breakfast was a simple 100 calorie pack. Things were looking just fine.

Lunch - 1/2 sandwich with roast beef, mayo, cheese and carmelized onions. A few chips and I was on my way to a great day!

Dinner - - - - - EEK! I could not tell you a total #, but I must have had about 2000 calories worth of ravioli. Scott and i just went bananas. I was probably worse. This was one of my worst binges in recent history. I knew what i was doing and i could not stop it!

Exercise: We promptly went to play racquetball for 1 hour and 15 minutes. We could barely move. It was not the brightest move, but i figured hey, work off some of that garbage (glorious garbage) that I just ate.

Late night - Hoboken with Brody Rachel and Megan. I could not resist while I watched everyone else eat pizza, so I got the "Meat Packer Pizza." now only 1 slice, so thats good, but i was already full and it was 11:30 at night! I also had 3 beers and 3 shots.

I epically failed from 7:30pm on. I finally cracked 200 and i jumped right back up. Gonna have to do GREAT tomorrow.
