August 11 - day 34

Starting weight - 206

Breakfast - Smoothie
Snack - 100 calorie pringles
Lunch - peanut butter sandwich on light wheat roll
snack - 60 calorie pudding
snack - 100 calorie oreo snack cakes
dinner - 1 slice of pizza - Penne Vodka topping.
NOW - lets talk about this meal. I had made a salad and put it in the refrigerator at school. When i went to get it out of the fridge, the office was locked. Then i had to wait til like 9pm to eat. At that point, i just had to get something in my system. BUT the remarkable thing happened there. I was with Julie Passaro and she was the first person to successfully stop me from getting too much. I was seriously contemplating getting a 2nd slice of Buffalo chicken pizza, because its so glorious. She yelled at me. Instead, i was allowed one bite of her ziti pizza and that was it. I don't know if i REALLY would have gotten it, but i was not even allowed to think about it. I left, content and full. (but without my buffalo chicken fix)

Gym - Chest and Triceps - 19 sets, 80 abs.
