Starting Weight - 205
Breakfast - 60 calorie pudding
Lunch - Spicy sausage on light wheat bun
dinner - 4 chicken drumsticks and mashed potatoes. (Thanks Mrs. Brody)
snack - 16 cheeseballs
snack - italian ice (100 calories)

Gym: 1:15 minutes of racquetball with Scott
