Breakfast - Taylor Ham/scrambled egg on bagel
Lunch - Personal pizza from pizza Hut
Snack - Cinnabon and a red bull.
ok, so i've been dreading this for a week, I come home and get on the scale, after that disgrace of a breakfast/lunch and i'm at 211, WHICH MEANS, I started the day at 209 or maybe even better! (knowing how my body weighs in before/after certain types of food) which means I maintained on that vacation, even through ALL THE CRAP i ate. Was I good, no. I was VERY BAD. but I can use this to my advantage.
I will finish out today and get on tomorrow. read my next blog for details on that . . . . .
dinner: I like to call this one "The Last Supper" Buffalo Wild Wings - 12 wings, boneless. THEN Cheesecake Factory - 3 Fried mac and Cheese Balls.
Nite: 1 drink and one shot.
By the way - went to Dave & Busters. Was a ton of fun. Played lots of games and for a reasonable cost! Definitely can do that again :-)
