Breakfast - Nature Valley protein Bar (190 calories) - ran out of time this morning so just grabbed one to go. Actually filled me up pretty good.
Snack - Baked lays Sour Cream and Cheddar Ridgies (140 calories) These are SOOOOOO good. Probably my favorite snack. Too bad I don't have many of them.
Lunch - Stuffed pepper leftovers (200 calories) This was a very good set of leftovers. Even with all the spinach in it!
Snacks - Cheese and Cracker packet (100 calories) and Supreme Brown Fiber One (100 calories) Rice Krispie Treat (90 calories) I was a snack-whore today. Could not stop myself. But they are spread out and small, so I'm good with it. I'm not popping them all down one after the other. But think about it, I had a 200 calorie lunch. That's not going to hold me from 11:30am until after 7pm when I had dinner.
1 slice yellow American cheese (85 calories) - right before dinner. Although the cheese we have right now is weird. I think I usually get land ' lakes and this is Black Bear. Don't think I like Black Bear cheese. Oh well.
Dinner - garlic butter steak bites in zucchini noodles. (500 calories) Nice Job Kristyn! A new concoction. We were both surprised about how many calories were in the beef, but then we both also didn't even come close to finishing the meat! Didn't look like a lot, but it was. The Zucchini noodles are delicious!!!!
Salad (200 calories) So as I was approaching the more than 1/2 way point on my meal, I realized it would be more important to have the leftovers tomorrow than to finish the meal tonight. I put the meal away and grabbed a salad! Lettuce, cucumbers, sunflower seeds and shredded cheddar cheese did it. This was my first salad of 2019 and a clear sign that I'm serious right now. :-) I apparently ran out of red wine vinegar, so I didn't have any dressing, and it still was tasty!! Also put 3 little tiny pieces of chicken in it.
Snacking - Healthy Choice Fudge bar (110 calories) These are organic and low sugar or something like that. I call it "my ticket away from binging on ice cream." Just enough to keep me happy. :-)
Last for the night, I had a cup of grapes. (65 calories) Yup - I actually cleaned off the grapes and ate some! Another sign that I'm serious. I like grapes, I just never think to go to the fridge for a snack. I typically go to the cabinet. This is good!!!
Total for the day - 1775 calories In between the weight loss (2150) and fast weight loss (1650) caloric intake for the day. Much closer to the "Fast weight loss" number, so another great day.
