Starting Weight - 236.2 (total loss - 7.1 lbs) So far - so good, it's the typical week 1 where it all melts away. This will last a couple more days before evening out.
BREAKFAST: Cheerios in 2% Milk. Enjoying this morning routine. Definitely love my Cheerios. 3 days DUNKIN FREE
As much as I love my Cheerios, It's not all THAT filling. I ended up having these mid-morning to hold me over.
Lunch time was left over meat loaf with zucchini and carrots. THe veggies were not as good left over, but the meat loaf was awesome again!
Mid-Pit orchestra snack was my Nature Valley protein bar with some Gatorade.
For dinner, I had a crock pot meal that KRistyn made over night so I can bring it to work. Thursday is my late night, so I did not get a chance to go home for dinner. It was "Balsamic Chicken" and it was very good! Forgot to take a photo. I'll have one tomorrow with my leftovers. Very good stuff!
For a late night snack when I got home, I just NEEDED some sugar. Could not take it. Was not feeling great, tired, stuffed up, feel like i may be coming down with something . . . . needed some comfort food. I turned to this chocolate/peanut butter santa, a pack of peanut butter crackers and a sour patch kid ice pop. And ya know what - I felt better after all that. :-) I earned some fun snacks. Sure, I would have been better without it, but I think I'm doing freaking great, so I'm not gonna get down on myself for a little snack binge, especially considering it was not that bad in the end! After all, it's not like I binged on half a bag of Doritos!
