Breakfast - Homemade breakfast sandwich - turkey sausage, 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg scrambled on an everything bagel thin. Also had 2 slices of cheese. I don't like cheese melted on my sandwiches but I like it cold in my hand!
Lunch - Had some leftover chicken that was all cut up already from the other day, so I just microwaved it and threw some Frank's Red Hot Buffalo in it. Easy, high protein - NO CARBS.
Snacking - I did not go to the cabinet once! I did stop at the fridge for strawberries and/or grapes a few times though. I also had the final slice of peanut butter pie. Don't worry - I made another one, but this time with Lite cool whip.
Dinner - Zucchini Burrito Boats - AS SEEN ON FACEBOOK. Click the link for recipe. This was one of the first times I ever tried something like this and really + truly liked it! It was truly a guiltless meal! Look at this ingredient list: Peppers, onions, black beans, corn, ground turkey, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, shredded cheddar and zucchini. Lots and lots of zucchini. It looked so delicious on that facebook video that I couldn't get it out of my mind, so I just went to the store and grabbed what I needed. Mine don't LOOK as delicious in the picture as the one in the video, but that's to be expected. They were still quite good. I think I'll use more seasoning next time though.

This was great and glad that I tried it. Working hard to find ways to fill up with less bread. THis worked. :-)
Snacking - a piece of cheese and a granola bar topped me off for the night. :-)
