Day 50! You know 50 is half of 100! :-)

Weigh-In - down total of 16.2 pounds (-0.8 from yesterday) and matching my lowest weight on this round of J-DOC.  I can see 20 on the horizon!!!!!

Breakfast - This week, I'm teaching at a new summer jazz camp in West Milford so I had to actually get up and out earlier than I have in a few weeks.  Grabbed a dark chocolate and peanut butter protein bar and a rice krispie treat for the road and headed out.  :-)

Lunch - I was a good boy.  Even though I was riding home with Tim , after 12pm - perfect lunch opportunity - I didn't even throw that option out to him.  Just kept my mouth shut and waited until I got home.  We have plenty of good hamburgers in our freezer left over from the BBQ so I grilled up a couple of burgers real quick.  (That's one for me and one for Kristyn - not 2 for me!  That's Joe from 51 days ago!)

Snacking - Some grapes, strawberries and a piece of peanut butter pie.

Dinner - This was an interesting meal.  Kind of a "What can we make today" type of thing.  So Kristyn had some Edamame Spaghetti that she wanted to try to she made that and I grilled up 2 Premio Hot Sausages plus we finished off the corn that we didn't use from yesterday's Santa Fe meal.  That was the meal.  It was actually quite good, believe it or not!  She made her Spaghetti with pesto, which I think is nasty, dating all the way back to my WCU days.  C'mon WCU people, remember in Traditions - the food stand we had called "Mashville?"  The mashed potato bar?  Well, one time I got these pesto potatoes that I didn't realize were going to be like that.  Tried them and HATED them.  Never liked the flavor again.  To my credit, I did try it last night, but it only reminded me that I still don't like it.  :-)

Snacking - In the interest of actually sitting down at the table and having some dessert with my wife, I had a slice of peanut butter pie again.  It's cool.  There is only 1 more slice in my freezer, so it will be gone and I'll make a slightly healthier one next week with the Lite Cool Whip.  We actually have another pie crust in the cupboard, so I'll use that up before trying to find a healthier crust.  Remember- losing weight and saving money!
