October 1-4, days 84-87

October 4, day 87 -
starting weight - unknown
went back to gym finally! did 19 sets, upper body + 60 abs. Also played 3 games of racquetball with Scott. Got my ass handed to me, but good exercise for 1 hour and 10 minutes.


Maybe I will put more stuff in here later. . . . . .
