october 15, day 97

DETOX DAY #1! :-)

Starting weight 197. I need to get back on track!

Today, I started off by eating NOTHING. Why? Because My body is arguing with me in a major way about the way I treated it yesterday! If my stomach was a punching bag, then yesterday, Mike Tyson was hitting it. If it were a catcher, then Rickey Henderson was stealing bases on it. If my stomach was a golf ball, i was a 3 wood.

Regardless, today, I was unable to even think about eating until around 11:30. Its funny, because I think I used to eat like this every day and it didn't really bother me, but I guess I have done so much work over the past half a year or so that I can't eat like that anymore. AWESOME!

Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: 1/4 pound of plain cooked shrimp - 2.5 points
Bowl of fruit (Cantaloupe, melon, pineapple) - 2 points?
Dinner - Chef Salad - (15 points-ish) with lettuce, cucumbers, cheddar, chicken, ham, red onions

I know I'm a little under today, but seriously, I am still hurting from yesterday's intake! hahaha. That salad has me so stuffed! :-)
