starting weight - 197
I'm thinking about doing weight watchers points . . . . . . . . . Supposedly I should be allowed about 30-34 points a day. I can do better than that I think. .. when i was in college, i did 24-27 points a day. Here goes ... .
Breakfast - dunkin donuts turkey bacon egg white flatbread - 7 points
snack - 100 calorie rice krispie treat - 2 points
lunch - chicken rice soup - 4 points
Snack - granola Bar - 2 points
2 potato chips (I'm not counting this! They were baked ruffles, sour cream and cheddar.
Glorious!)
Dinner - 4 oz shrimp with hot sauce - 4 points
Snack - serving of the potato chips - 2 points
Late Night - went to the Cloverleaf with Chris Pelletier and Wayne. I was a good boy, only had 2 beers and 1 pulled pork quesadilla. 3+3+3
TOTAL POINTS: 30 points.
Good first day, I think!
