breakfast - smoothie with strawberries, OJ, 1/2 banana. (3 points?) I don't know, I'm just guessing
Snack - 100 calorie coffee cakes (1.5 points)
Lunch - Shrimp and hot sauce - (3 points)
Cantaloupe and Strawberries (0 points)
1 chicken finger - (2.5 points)
snack - 100 calorie pack peanut butter crackers - (2 points)
Dinner - 2 pork chops with lots of seasonings - (6 points) forgot to check, but i think this is about right.
Snack - I have 12-16 points to play with here. I am choosing to use them on Tostitos and pizza dip to celebrate the first yankee playoff game. i may over do it a little, but eh, I did pretty awesome all day!!!
