Starting weight - 198
Total Weight Loss - 5lbs.

GYM - 1 hour of racquetball
1 low calorie gatorade
lunch - pork chop with buffalo sauce on flat roll
Dinner - Going to "the seasons" for the MEBCI dinner buffet. I'll do my best, but can't guarantee perfection. I'll try.
